Deposits
1/2 down up front to make reservation and 1/2 at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Confirmation letter will be mailed to you with directions to the resort.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Full refund if given 4 or more weeks notice, 1/2 of cost refunded if 2 to 4 weeks notice and no refund if less than 2 weeks notice. Every situation is different and we will consider on a case by case basis depending on reason for cancellation. We can move you to a different time if given at least 2 weeks notice with no loss of rent. If we book someone else during the time you had booked, a refund will be given for the time we book it.
